Scaffolder.Qualified.Scaffolding Certificate of Competence

The required evidence will be one of the following:
- A Certificate of Competency for Scaffolding of either classes: basic, advanced and suspended; issued by SARNZ (Scaffolding, Access & Rigging NZ); OR
- Restricted CoC for Scaffolding are acceptable with an expiry date entered as 4 years from issue date (or as per mentioned on evidence submitted)

Issued date or expiry date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
