Diver.Certificate.Occupational diving CoC
  • The required evidence will be a:
    • Certificate of Competency (COC) for Occupational diving, issued by Worksafe New Zealand

  • Certificate expiry date OR issue date must be visible
  • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)
  • Copy must be clear and legible
  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
  • Issue Date= Issue date on certificate if visible, not required if not visible
  • Expiry Date=As per certificate (or 5 years from issue date)
