  • The required evidence will be one of the following:
    • NZQA record of achievement or Certificate showing completion of the following: NZ Certificate in air conditioning installation level 4 OR Mechanical building services (trade) level 4 OR equivalent or higher level qualifications (national certificates); OR
    • NZQA letter of recognition of overseas qualification for a NZ Certificate level 4 is acceptable
  • Course completion date must be visible
  • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • Copy must be clear and legible
  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
  • Issue date =  course completion date
  • Expiry date = not required

Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.Licence.Refrigerant - Approved filler
  • The required evidence will be one of the following:
    • RLNZ issued Approved Filler or Handler Certificate Check Screenshot showing - Approved Filler
    • Compliance certificate issued by a NZ approved certifier with mention Approved Filler or Handler and mentions of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017
  • Course completion date must be visible and current
  • Expiry date must be visible
  • Approval Number should be displayed and visible
  • District issuing must be visible
  • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • Copy must be clear and legible
  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
  • Issue Date= Licence issue date on certificate
  • Expiry Date=As per certificate (5 years from issue date)
