Identity.-.Proof of Identification

The required evidence will be one of the following:
- Passport - current or expired for less than 2 years - front page with photo; OR
- Current New Zealand driver’s licence – both sides required if expiry date is at the back of the licence

Must display expiry date
Must display Passport Number or Diver's licence Number
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

Issue date= As per evidence
Expiry date= As per evidence for NZ Driver’s licence OR 2 years after Passport expiry date
