• The required evidence will be a:
  • New Zealand drivers’ License - This can be Restricted OR Full (Both sides of card OR front with endorsements and issue & expiry dates); OR
  • Interim print-out evidence issued by NZ Transport Agency, signed by assessor, showing condition as achieved

• Expiry date must be visible and current
• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the licence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• Date of birth must match the applicants DOB in the system.
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date= Date of Issue as shown on evidence.
• Expiry Date= As shown on the evidence for licence

If an interim print-out document is submitted, enter expiry date as 40 days from issue date
