Building & Construction.Course.Site Safe Passport
  • The required evidence will be a SiteSafe card, screen shot or email from SiteSafe NZ showing any of the following:
    • Building Construction
    • Civil
    • Consultants
    • Passport Plus – height
    • Passport Plus – tools & Plants
    • Passport Plus – Worker Health & Passport Flexi

  • Expiry date must be visible and current
  • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • Copy must be clear and legible
  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable
  • Issue Date= Not Required
  • Expiry Date= As shown on the evidence (2 years from issue date)

Building & Construction.Trade.Qualifications
  • The required evidence will be one of the following:
    • NZQA record of achievement or Certificate showing completion of a NZ Certificate or National Certificate level 4 (or higher) for the relevant trade; OR
    • NZQA letter of recognition of overseas qualification for a NZ Certificate level 4 (or higher)

  • Course completion date must be visible
  • Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • Copy must be clear and legible
  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
  • Issue Date= Course completion date
  • Expiry Date= No expiry date
