Fabrication Metal & Welding.Qualified.NZ Certificate level 4

The required evidence will be one of the following:
- Certificate of completion of a NZ Certificate in Engineering – Fabrication (Level 4), OR NZ Certificate in Advanced pressure pipe welding (level 4), or equivalent national certificate or higher qualification; OR
- NZQA record of achievement showing achievement of the above qualification or higher level qualification

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
