Pest Control.Qualified.NZ Certificate in Pest Operations Level 3

The required evidence will be either a:
- NZQA record of achievement showing completion of the following: National or New Zealand Certificate in Pest Operations (Level 3) OR Pest Management: Pest Control (level 3) OR Pest Management (Level 4) (or higher level); OR
- Certificate mentioning one of the above qualifications AND the NZQF/NZQA mention.

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
