Asbestos removal.Licence.Asbestos Removal Class A - certified supervisor

The required evidence will be:
- A certificate or competency card/licence issued by Worksafe New Zealand for Class A asbestos removal.

Course completion date must be visible and current
Expiry date must be visable
Company name must match worker's company registered in Workforce management
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
