Letters are not accepted in lieu of this. Completion date or issue date must be displayed The course title and qualification level must be clearly stated on the certificate and must match one of the following: Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application Document / Certificate / Number	Issue Date = Date of completion Expiry date = No Expiry
Certificate.Certificate.Certified Coatings Inspector (CIP Level 1)	Applicants name to be shown on documentation Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) Certificate will demonstrate: NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level 1 NACE International Institute logo will be displayed on evidence Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible	Issue Date: to be entered as date of training completion Expiry Date: as displayed on certificate. If no expiry date then 3 years from issue date.
