• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in the system
  
• QBCC Occupational Licence must be uploaded
  
• Either restricted or unrestricted is acceptable
• Fire Protection to be listed
• Queensland Building and Construction Commission logo must be present

• Issue Date: Not required
  
• Expiry date = As shown on the licence
  

Fire Protection Maintenance.Certificate II.Fire Protection

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in the system (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted.
• Recognised Training Institution’s name to be displayed on document.
• Evidence will show completion of Certificate II Fire Protection Inspection Testing
• Evidence must be issued by RTO

Please Note: If QBCC licence related to Fire is uploaded this is to be accepted as the higher qualification 

• The date of completion on the evidence should be recorded as the Issue Date in Pegasus
• Expiry date = none

Expiry only required if QBCC licence is uploaded

• For Rio Tinto Bell Bay roles - the Cert III is not a requirement for Tasmania. Please accept:
  • Trade Certificate in Sprinkler Fitting or equivalent
  • Permit to Install, Maintain and Repair Fire Protection Equipment
  • Inspect, Test and Maintain Fire Extinguishers
  • Capture the Issue Date

• The date of completion on the evidence should be recorded as the Issue Date in Pegasus
• Expiry date = none
