• Statement of Attainment in Apply operational maintenance skills to be listed
• Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logo
• No expiry
• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Only issue date to be recorded

• Applicants name must be displayed on the Licence
• High voltage switching should be displayed on the certificate
• Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted

• Record the date of completion as the issue date in Onsite 

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system
• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority
• Licence will show that it is an Electrical Work Licence
• Licence must be unrestricted
• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file
• Practitioner’s Licences issued by the Department of Justice are accepted.
• Practitioner’s Licences are not required to quote the type of trade and only the front is required

• Issue Date = Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence
• Expiry Date = Enter this as it is shown on the licence. If a database extract is submitted, the expiry would be 8 weeks from today's date

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• ‘Electrician’ or similar to be listed – Restricted licence not accepted for this competency
• Must be copy of the Licence
• Must be issued by a relevant WA state government authority with corresponding logo shown on licence – Only WA issued licences are acceptable.
• Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted
• Supervisor licence can be accepted for the Electrical Contractor licence
• An Electrical Supervisor will need to be familiar with all relevant Acts, Regulations, & Standards that are required to undertake the position, and understand the responsibility that he/she has undertaken in accepting the role.

• Licence must be issued WA Electrical Licensing Board.
• Licence number must be displayed, ie EW123456
• Back and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted

• Expiry Date = 1 year. If a database extract is submitted, the expiry would be 8 weeks from today's date

• Applicants name to be shown on document
• Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Confirmation of attendance at Statutory Supervisor course (issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

  • Statutory Supervisor exam certificate (issued by WA Government)

  • RTX letter of appointment as Electrical Supervisor (on Rio Tinto letterhead)
