  • The applicants name shown on this certificate needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Asbestos Removal – Remove friable asbestos (CPCCDE3015A­); OR
  • Asbestos Removal - Supervise asbestos removal (CPCCBC4051A) to be listed on certificate / card
  • Accepted types of certificates are:
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Certificate of Attendance
    • Statement of Attainment
    • Statement of Completion
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded for this competency

The Issue date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of completion shown on the certificate / card


Asbestos.Certificate.Remove Non-Friable Asbestos – Class B
  • The applicants name shown on this certificate needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Asbestos Removal - Supervise asbestos removal (CPCCBC4051A) to be listed on certificate / card
  • Asbestos Removal - Remove non-friable asbestos (CPCCDE3014A) to be listed on certificate / card
  • CPCCBC4051A - Supervise asbestos removal is also accepted as meeting the requirements for remove non-friable asbestos
  • Accepted types of certificates are:
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Certificate of Attendance
    • Statement of Attainment
    • Statement of Completion
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) 
  • Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded for this competency

Hazardous Substances.Certificate.Hazardous Chemicals related Inspector/Assessor Certification
  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Accepted forms of evidence can be (but not limited to) any of the following:
    • Asbestos Assessor Licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
