  • Your current details that meet CASA's requirements
  • The licence number must be clearly displayed on the evidence

  • Email thread from CASA.gov.au demonstrating current Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) details
  • Screenprint from CASA.gov.au online portal demonstrating current Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) details

• RPA category and RPA type must be displayed

• Applicants name on the document must match name in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
• Accepted form/s of evidence:
  • Email thread from CASA.gov.au demonstrating current Commerical Pilot Licence CPL(H) details
  • Screenprint from CASA.gov.au online portal demonstrating current Commerical Pilot Licence CPL(H)  details
• Licence number must be displayed on the evidence
• Category and type must be displayed

• Applicants name on the document must match name in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
• The required evidence will be an Aviation Security Identification Card (red card only to be accepted)
• Only the front side needs to be included in the upload

• Issue Date: Not Required
• Expiry Date: As displayed on the licence

NOTE: The licence will only show a month and year. Use the last date of the month as the expiry date.

Example: Aug 2022 on card. Input 31-Aug-2022 as the expiry date

• Evidence must show completion of AVISS00053 Aerodrome Reporting Officer Skill Set and have been completed by a Registered Training Organisation.
• ARO Refresher Course certificate is accepted as evidence but must be submitted with the original Statement of Attainment
• Certificate III in Aviation (Aerodrome Operations) AVI30516

Expiry date:  2 years

• Evidence must show completion of AVI30516 Cert III in Aviation (Aerodrome Operations) and have been completed by a Registered Training Organisation.
