Operator Elevated Work Platform.Certificate.EWP Operator Training - NZ | The required evidence will be one of the following: Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of a EWP operator course (scissor lift, truck-mounted, boom lift, trailer-mounted, vertical lift are all acceptable EWP types), OR Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of training against standard 23966 AND at least one of the following module: 23960, 23961, 23962, 23963, 23964, OR NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of training against unit standard 23966 AND at least one of the following module: 23960, 23961, 23962, 23963, 23964
Date of training completion or date of unit standards achieved must be visible Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy Evidence must be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment
