Confined Space.Certificate.Working in Confined Spaces Training - NZ | The required evidence will be one of the following: Certificate or competency card issued by an NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of a Confined Space course (must display words "Confined Space"), OR Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of training against standards 17599, 18426 and 25510, OR NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the following unit standard 17599, 18426 and 25510
Date of training completion or date of unit standard achieved must be visible Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy Evidence must be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment
