Date of training completion must be visible Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
Note the following evidence can be accepted as they demonstrate completion of training of a higher level: Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of training against standard 29766 - Class A Remove Friable Asbestos, OR NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the following unit standards 29766, OR Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of training against standard 29765 - Class B Remove Non-Friable Asbestos, OR NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the following unit standards 29765 Evidence must be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment
