The required evidence will be one of the following: Certificate or competency card showing completion of Fire Safety, OR Fire Extinguisher Use, OR Certificate or competency card issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of training against standard 3271, OR NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the following unit standards 3271
