Must have a EW ID (licence number starting with EW) Must have valid expiry date Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy For cards, only front of the card is required
