Standard 11 - Surface Operations


(CURRENT QLD GENERIC P/PORT, SURFACE (FULL ATTAINMENT))

Acceptable evidence:

  • Statement of Attainment.
  • Standard 11 Card.
  • Name to match the person registered.
  •  Black and white or colour acceptable.


If Statement of Attainment or Standard 11 card uploaded:

  • All 6 of the following units must be listed: RIICOM201, RIIGOV201, RIIOHS201 (now replaced by RIIWHS201), RIIRIS201, RIIERR205 and RIIERR302


  • Issue Date: as per the issue date identified on the Statement of Attainment or the ID card.
  • Expiry Date: five (5) years after the issue date identified

Standard 11 - Surface Operations - PARTIAL COMPLETION


(CURRENT QLD GENERIC P/PORT, SURFACE (FULL ATTAINMENT))

Acceptable evidence:

  • Statement of Attainment.
  • Standard 11 Card.
  • Name to match the person registered.
  • Black and white or colour acceptable

If certificate of competency or Standard 11 card uploaded:

  • All 6 of the following units must be listed: RIICOM201, RIIGOV201, RIIOHS201 (now replaced by RIIWHS201), RIIRIS201, RIIERR205 and RIIERR302


  • Issue Date: as per the issue date identified on the Statement of Attainment or the Partial ID card
  • Expiry Date: six (6) months after the issue date identified
