ID1.Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Passport

· Name of applicant on the passport must match the registered person
· Date of birth on the passport must match the registered person
· Photo shown on the passport must match the registered persons uploaded photo
Must be one of the following forms of licences:
· Copy of International government issued passport OR
· Copy of Australian government issued passport
· Copy must be clear and legible
· Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

·Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date displayed on the evidence

Expiry Date = As per evidence

ID2.Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Drivers Licence - All Classes

• Name of applicant on the licence must match the registered person

• Date of birth on the licence must match the registered person

• Photo shown on the licence must match the registered persons uploaded photo

• Must be one of the following forms of licences:
  •Copy of International government issued drivers licence (Must be in English) OR
  •Copy of Australian government issued drivers licence showing any Australian valid licence class OR
  •Full screenshot of digital drivers licence
  •Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within the uploaded file
  •Copy must be clear and legible
  •Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
  •NOTE: Interim evidence cannot be accepted as this requires a photo ID

· Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date displayed on the evidence

· Expiry Date = As per evidence

ID3.Licence.Govt Licence/Authority.High Risk Work Licence

• Name of applicant on the Licence must match the registered person

• Photo shown on the High Risk Work Licence must match the registered persons uploaded photo

• The required evidence will show 'High Risk Work Licence' as title of evidence

• Any code/s can be displayed

• High Risk Work Licence will be issued by Government authority

• Only the front of the card needs to be displayed within the uploaded file

• A Digital High Risk Work Licence can be accepted

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• NOTE: Interim evidence cannot be accepted as this requires a photo ID

Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date displayed on the evidence

· Expiry Date = As per evidence

ID4.Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Immigration Card

• Name of applicant on the Immicard must match the registered person
• Date of birth on the Immicard must match the registered person
• Photo shown on the Immicard must match the registered persons uploaded photo
• The required evidence will show 'immicard' label and indicate that the card is used for evidence of migration or immigration
• Immicard will be issued by Australian Government authority
• Only the front of the card needs to be displayed within the uploaded file
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

•Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date displayed on the evidence
•Expiry Date = As per evidence

ID5.Licence.Govt Licence/Authority.Firearms Licence / permit

• Name of applicant on the Licence must match the registered person
• Photo shown on the Firearms Licence must match the registered persons uploaded photo
• The required evidence will show 'Firearms Licence' as title of evidence
• Any code/s can be displayed
• Firearms Licence will be issued by Australian Government appointed authority
• Only the front of the card needs to be displayed within the uploaded file
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date
• displayed on the evidence
• Expiry Date = As per evidence

ID6.Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Age / Photo Card

• Name of applicant on the evidence must match the registered person
• Date of birth on the evidence must match the registered person
• Photo shown on the evidence must match the registered persons uploaded photo
• Must be one of the following forms of evidence:
• Copy of Australian state government authority issued Proof of Age Card OR
• Copy of Australian state government authority issued Photo Identification Card** OR
• Only the front of the card needs to be displayed within the uploaded file
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
