• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
• Evidence shall be one of the following:

• • AICIP Certified
    • Must be issued by Australian Institute for the Certification of Inspection Personnel (AICIP)
    • Must display the AICIP seal
    • Must specify “In-Serviced Inspector of Pressure Equipment”
    • Validity: 5 years

    • Must be issued by American Petroleum Institute (API)
    • Must specify API-510 Pressure Vessel Inspector
    • Validity: 15 years

    • Validity: 15 years
