• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)
• Evidence must state Building & Construction Contractor Licence
• Duration as shown on licence
• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority with corresponding logo shown on licence
• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue and Expiry date to be recorded as per licence
