Security.Licence.Security NSW | The required evidence will be the following: New South Wales Security Industry Licence
Must be issued by New South Wales Must have a current expiry date Must include one the following licence subclasses: Class 2A - Security Consultant OR Class 2C - Security Equipment Specialist Must have a licence number Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted) Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy The Front of the card is required to be uploaded for older version. For portrait style card, issued since June 2023, the back of the card must also be uploaded as the name of the licensee is at the back of the card
Are also acceptable: Copy of Verify NSW security industry register, given it contains all required information: name of worker, licence number, expiry date and subclasses for licence. Acknowledgement letters issued by SLED (Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate), with name of licensee, licence number, class of licence and expiry date as temporary evidence with expiry date entered 2 months from issue OR as per expiry date stated on the document for the notice. Since 1 June 2023, licences come into force on the day the applicant is photographed by Service NSW for their service licence card. Whilst waiting for their licence to be arrive in the post, they must provide an acknowledgement letter sent by SLED (Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate) to demonstrate they are licensed.

Must have a licence number Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted) Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy The Front and Back of the card is required to be uploaded, as the type of security work (licence function) the invidual is permitted to perform can bee seen at the back of the card.

Must be issued by South Australia Must have a current expiry date Must include 'Security Systems Work' OR 'Security installer' Must have a licence number Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted) Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy The Front of the card is required to be uploaded.
