Asbestos Awareness to be listed on evidence Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). Copy must be clear and legible Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
Note the following evidence can be accepted as they demonstrate completion of training of a higher level:
CPCCDE3014 - Remove non-friable asbestos
CPCCDE3015 - Remove friable asbestos and
CPCCDE4008 - Supervise asbestos removal
