| Traffic Management.Competency Card.SafeWork NSW Traffic Card - Implement Traffic | For an Safework issued certificate: - Interim Certificate can be accepted for this competency in lieu of card (Interim certificate is a Statement of completion)
- The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- Statement of completion is valid exchange for Card, however only valid for 90 days
- Matching competency title to be listed having been achieved on certificate
- Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
For Safework issued card: - The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- Must be issued by Safework NSW and will be called a Traffic Control Work Training Card.
- Must have IMP listed under “Type of traffic control work” at the bottom of the card
- Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Only the front of the card needs to be displayed in uploaded file
| Safework issued certificate: - The issue date should be recorded as the date of completion / date of application
- The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite - Expiry date is calculated to be 90 days from the date of completion / date of application
