For an Safework issued certificate:

• Interim Certificate can be accepted for this competency in lieu of card (Interim certificate is a Statement of completion)
• The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
• Statement of completion is valid exchange for Card, however only valid for 90 days
• Matching competency title to be listed having been achieved on certificate
• Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

For Safework issued card:

• The applicants name shown on the card needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
• Must be issued by Safework NSW and will be called a Traffic Control Work Training Card.
• Must have IMP listed under “Type of traffic control work” at the bottom of the card
• Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
• Only the front of the card needs to be displayed in uploaded file

Safework issued certificate:

• The issue date should be recorded as the date of completion / date of application
• The expiry date must be recorded in Onsite - Expiry date is calculated to be 90 days from the date of completion / date of application

• Issue Date: as per license
• Expiry date: not required

Traffic Management.Certificate.Control traffic with stop-slow bat

• Naming convention on evidence to meet course name, excluding the unit code
• Records issued in card format (traffic cards) must meet the National Statement of Attainment requirements
• Records provided must be issued by an RTO
• Issue Date to be entered as the training completion date, not the certificate issue date
• Trainer and/or Training Provider signature is required
• Manually uploaded Certificates of Completion automatically generated via the trainer’s portal are accepted
• Records that indicate attendance only are not accepted
• A copy of the paper Skills Passport entry is not accepted
