Asbestos Removal License Class A or B

If a Sole Trader or Trust Licence will be in individuals name

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

  • Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed
  • Colour, black or white copy required
  • Front and back of licence required when licence is uploaded
  • Must be issued by Worksafe


  • Issue Date= Start date if displayed
    (if not displayed please leave blank)
  • Expiry Date = As shown on licence
