Mining.-.NEC Australian Rope Access Technician - Level 1	Name on Card to match the person registered Has been assessed as fully competent to Level 1 to be listed Duration as per licence Black and white copies can be accepted but is not preferred Must be issued by IRATA International and contain a IRATA No: Accept Interim Cards	If accreditation is other than IRATA please send to MAC for Statutory Mechanical Engineer Approval.	Add Expire Date as per the date on the Card Add Issue Date by Calculating the following – Expire date - 3 years
