Must be issued by the Environmental Protection Authority Victoria and the EPA logo must be present

Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match either the Company name or can also be in an individual’s name

Issue Date = As per licence if listed otherwise yesterdays date

Expiry = As per licence

All company certificates of registration for Potable water Vehicle registrations to be uploaded
To upload more than one certificate of registration, each document will need to be scanned into the same file which can then be uploaded.
Certificates of registration must all be current at time of upload
Must be issued by relevant Australian state government appointed authority

Start Date - Earliest issue date between all issue dates shown on all paperwork
End Date - Latest registration expiry date shown between all certificates of registration that have been included in uploaded file.
