First Aid.Statement of Attainment.HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary resuscitation	Name on SOA to match the name in the system Document must be a Statement of Attainment HLTAID001 to be listed (version A, B, C etc. acceptable) Issued by an RTO with the Nationally Recognised Training logo Duration = 1 year Must be clearly scanned and legible Black and white or colour is acceptable	Issue date: As listed on the certificate Expiry date: 1 year from the issue date
