  "Chris" instead of "Christopher"
  "Wil" instead of "William"
• The following evidence can be accepted:
  • Verification of Competency issued by a Registered Training Organisation
  • Verification of Competency issued by Company - must be on company letterhead and issued within the last 6 months
• The unit of competency that’s listed on the document should match with the competency name on the system

Issue date = as shown on the document
Expiry date = 3 years from issue date

• First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite

• Evidence issued outside of Australia
• Letters in lieu of AQF qualification
• Membership / Registration evidence EG Chartered Professional Engineer registration
