Applicants name to be shown on documentation
Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
Recognised Training Institution OR state government appointed authority name to be displayed on document
Course title and / or associated level to be listed on evidence to match the nominated competency branch that is shown in the selected role[s] naming convention
Document / Certificate / Number to be shown
Accepted forms of evidence are:

  • Certificate verifying completion of full qualification (EG Copy of Degree, Certificate of Proficiency, Trade Certificate
  • Completion of apprenticeship papers
  • Licence or ticket that verifies full qualification
  • Website screenshot from relevant state gov authority website verifying trade qual
  • Letter from training organisation or state gov authority verifying the full qualification
Evidence that is not accepted:
  • Transcripts or Statement of attainment
  • Record the Issue date within Onsite:

Completion date - if listed on certificate (this completion date is always used when displayed)

Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date

  • Expiry Date = Only to be entered if licence or interim evidence has been uploaded

    • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitting)
    • Engineering Mechanical Trade (Maintenance - Diesel Fitting)
    • Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade MEM30205
    • Certifiicate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Road Transport)
    • Certifiicate III in Automotive (Mechanical - Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment Plant / Earth Moving / Ag) AUR30999
    • Certifiicate III in Heavy Commerical Vehicle Mechanical Technology
    • Automotive Mechanic (Heavy Vehicle Road Transport)
    • Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical)
    • Certificate lll in Mobile Plant Technology AUR31220
  • Completion of apprenticeship papers
  • Licence or ticket that verifies full qualification
