Asbestos Removal Licence	If a Sole Trader: the name on licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: the name on the licence should match one of the partners name registered in the system If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name Asbestos Awareness, Special O&M, Abatement Worker Training, or Supervisor to be listed Colour or black and white accepted Must be issued by state government appointed organisation, logo to be present Must be a USA issued licence, international licences are not accepted	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date Expiry Date = As shown on licence
